Setting Up My Plan

Follow these simply steps to set up your plan!

1. Create an account on our website.

2. Add any items you want to order to your wishlist.

3. Share your wishlist with toys@tinneys.ie. In the message section, be sure to include your name, contact number, email and delivery address.

4. Our sales team will contact you to complete the set up and take a deposit payment (minimum 10%).

5. You receive your customer number from our sales team.

 

 

 

Once you have received your customer number, you can pay money off your account at any time online, over the phone or in-store. Please note that you will need your customer number to make a payment online.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add items to my original plan?

Yes. You can add items to your order at any time. You can either call our store or create a new wishlist and share it with toys@tinneys.ie. If you are sharing your wishlist, be sure to let us know that you already have a plan set up and please include your customer number.

 

Can I remove items from my order?

If you require items to be removed from your order, please contact our sales team on +353 74 9120363. While we will try our best to accomodate you, please note that it is not always possible to remove items from your order.

 

Can I cancel my plan?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any deposits or money paid into your €asy Pay Plan.

 

How can I make a payment on my plan?

You can make a payment online, over the phone or in-store.

 

How can I check my balance?

The best way to check your balance is to contact our sales team using our contact form. Please include your name and contact number used on your account along with your customer/plan number (for customer verification purposes).

 

I lost my customer number, how can I check it?

To recover your customer number, you will need to contact our sales team. You can do this by calling us or using our contact form. Please note that you will need to include the name and contact number used on your plan so we can verify your account.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions

- Easy Payment Plan closes for Christmas on the 30th of November. No plans can be opened after this date.

- A minimum deposit of 10% is required to set up a plan.

- All orders must be paid in full and shipped or collected from our store by the 12th of December. Orders not shipped/collected by this date cannot be guaranteed.

- 24 hours notice is required for shipping or collection of all orders.

- Split shipments or collection are not possible. You full order must be shipped or collected together.

- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transfered to other products.
