Additional Delivery Information
Delivery times are estimates only and are stated in working days after dispatch. These delivery times and prices are subject to change. Some larger items may incur additional shipping costs.
Our shipping partners are DPD & Fastway Couriers. We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that no orders will be shipped on Bank Holidays.
If you are having trouble with your delivery, the quickest way to resolve any issues is to contact your local depot directly with your tracking number.
Please note that some items marked “Home Delivery Only” may take longer to arrive.
Our online stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we may run out of stock of some items occasionally. If, for this or any reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date.
Please ensure that the contact details and address with Eir code you provide when ordering are correct. If our couriers are unable to make contact with the consignee, your order will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded (less the shipping costs).
Next Day Delivery
We offer a next day delivery service (working day) on smaller items within Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is available week days only and excludes weekends and bank holidays. IE If you order on a Friday for next day, this will be delivered on Monday.
