Placing Your Order
Once you place your order, your payment will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation. Our sales team will then receive notification of your order, which will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Orders received before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day provided we have your items in stock.
Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. No items will be dispatched on a Bank Holiday.
If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order on time, we will contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery date.
Yes, orders may be placed over the phone. However, placing your order online is usually the most efficient way to order from Tinney’s Toys. You can speed up the ordering process when ordering over the phone by providing our sales team wtih the SKU codes of your products which can be found on every product page.
Items marked “Home Delivery Only” are not available in store. These items are shipped direct from the manufacturer to your delivery address.
You can reserve items for in-store collection by selecting “Collect in Store” at the checkout.
You can cancel or alter your order at any time prior to dispatch. Altered orders may be subject to a delay in dispatch as we repackage your order. You can cancel or alter your order over the phone or via email. Please have your order details at hand when contacting us.
Shipping & Delivery
Our orders are sent direct to our customer with DPD. For more delivery information.
We work hard to ensure all items are packaged discretely, however, it is not possible to package some larger items and they will be delivered in their original packaging.
We offer a standard shipping rate of €6.00 within Ireland and €10.00 to mainland UK. Shipping costs to other destinations and for larger or heavier items may vary and range from €10-€50.
Please note that delivery times are only estimates and can change due to factors outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, please.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Goods must be returned in original packaging, in new condition with any labels still attached.
- The original receipt and a note of reason for return must be returned with the goods.
- Goods returned are subject to a minimum restocking charge of €3.50.
- Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are non-refundable, but may be exchanged.
- Returns must be approved by Tinney’s Toys prior to returning.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be liable for the cost of returning goods (shipping costs and restocking charge). All returns may be subject to a minimum restocking charge of €3.50.
The item you wish to order may not be in stock or the item may not be available for delivery. If you are having problems with adding a product to your cart, please contact our sales team using thepage. Be sure to quote the product's SKU code which can be found on the product page.
We offer a “Back in Stock Notification” subscription service on all out of stock items. If an item is out of stock you can click on the "Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock" button and we will email you as soon as the item arrives back in stock.

Items that are marked as “In Stock” on our website are available in store. Items marked as “Home Delivery Only” are not in stock in our store. We do our best to keep our stock up to date online however the online stock status of a product may be incorrect. If you wish to check stock levels please fill out our contact form and include the products SKU code which can be found on each product page.

Please note, due to the volume of calls our stores receive on a daily basis, especially around the Christmas season, some customers experience issues reaching the store by phone.

Please allow up to 36 hours for a response during this period. Please do not leave a message on our store phone as these will not be checked until the 3rd of January.
